Delivery Rates

Delivery rates are based on total volumetric weight (combination of size and weight) of all items in the order.  Each item in our shop has been assigned a volumetric value.  The total of volumetric values for each item determines the shipping rate for the whole order and will be calculated according to the delivery type chosen.  Smaller sized items are shipped by Airmail, First or Second Class post.  Larger sized orders are shipped either by a tracked Courier service.  In many cases, adding extra items to the order does not change the shipping rate as the total volumetric value is still within the same criteria.  For example the shipping rate for a hugger and an extenda is the same as for the hugger alone.  Once items have been placed in the basket, choose the destination country from the drop down list, then choose one of a delivery type.

£999.99 shipping rate is only shown when the volumetric weight of the order exceeds the limits of the delivery type chosen.  Please choose another delivery type or contact us for a shipping rate quote.

 

Delivery and Notes

In most cases items are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving order/payment. For special orders and out of stock orders (backordering) please allow up to 21 days for shipping of all orders.

If your order consists of several items with different displayed delivery timescales, we will usually wait until we have your entire order together before shipping. If this is a problem, please ensure that you order any urgent items separately.

Bob's Bike Stuff reserve the right to surcharge the delivery charge for orders which exceed the maximum weight and/or size limits of the standard delivery service provider or when the destination is considered to be in a remote area such as (but not limited to) United Kingdom Highlands and Islands, Russia, Brazil, parts of Australia.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Although the postal / courier services are generally very reliable, a small percentage of items do go missing or are held up / delayed. If you feel your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame and allowing for international service, please contact us and we will do anything in our power to resolve the problem. If your order is affected by a delay in the postal / courier system please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, please understand that any such delays are beyond our control.
